摘要
目的 评价内镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗多汗症的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析内镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗 5 8例多汗症的结果。 结果 5 8例均治愈 ;出现气胸 4例、代偿性多汗 2例、肋间神经痛 1例。 结论 内镜下胸交感神经链切断术比较安全。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic result of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for the treatment hyperhidrosis. Methods 58 patients with hyperhidrosis treated with endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy were reviewed retrospectively.Results All patients were successfully cured. Comlications included pneumothorax(4 cases), compensative hyperhidrosis(2 cases), intercostal neuralgia(1 cases). Conclusions Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy is simple and safe, procedure.
