摘要
目的 研究苏木抗癌有效成分 (CAE -B)抗移植性肝癌H2 2的效果 ,以及CAE -B对小鼠微核和TSGF的影响。方法 建立小鼠H2 2肝癌腹水及实体模型 ,测定CAE -B对荷瘤小鼠生命延长率、抑瘤率、微核率及小鼠血清中TSGF含量的变化。结果 CAE -B具有很强的抗移植性肝癌H2 2的作用 ,经治疗荷瘤鼠生命延长率达 1 45 .4% ,抑瘤率达 47.7% ,微核率显著低于阳性对照环磷酰胺 (P〈0 .0 0 1 ) ,治疗组小鼠血清中TSGF含量明显低于H2 2对照鼠 ,且接近正常鼠含量。结论 CAE -B抗癌作用显著 ,致畸率低 ,明显阻碍恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子的产生。CAE -B将是一种新的抗肿瘤中药。
Objective: To study antitumor activity of CAE-B isolated from Caesalpinia sappan (CAE-B) on H22 hepatoma and effect of CAE-B on micronuclei and TSGF. Methods: Antitumor activity of CAE-B was determinded by the mice with transplantable tumor (H22 hepatoma). The frequencises of micronucleus normochromatic erythrocytes(NCE) of mice with tumor were stained with Giemsa and scorde at 1000×magnification. TSGF were detected by colorinetry. Results: CAE-B showed significant antitumor activity effect. Increease in life span (ILS) on H22 hepatoma was 145.4%, and inhibition rate (IR) was 47.7%. The micronucleus frequencies in NCE of mice by CAE-B was lower than Cyclophsphamicle (CP). The level of TSGF in mice tumor was injected CAE-B was significantly lower than that mice with H22. Conclusion: CAE-B showed potent antitumor effect on H22 hepatoma. Chromosomal aberration was lower than CP and arresting TSGF. CAE-B will by a new antitumor drug.
