摘要
目的 :使常规治疗无效的急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者 ,快速建立人工气道。方法 :纤支镜引导下气管插管。结果 :此种方法经口或经鼻插入均获成功 ,建立人工气道方便、迅速。结论 :纤支镜引导下气管插管及时建立人工气道 ,使COPD患者改善通气 ,提高治愈率。
Objective:To establish rapidly the artificial airway for patients of chronic obstructiue pulmonary diseases (COPD) during severe acute period when routine treatments were ineffective.Methods:The tracheal intu bation induced by fibroptic bronchoscope was performed.Results:Both Peroral and pernasal intubation were successful for establishing aritifical airway rapidly.Conclusion:The method of tracheal intubation induced by fiberoptic bronchoscope can establish artificial airway promptly to improve the pulmonary ventilation of COPD patients and increase cure rate at last.
