NKT细胞在自身免疫性疾病中的调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 NKT细胞是免疫细胞中的一类具有特定标志的亚群 ,既可以表达T细胞表面标志也可以表达NK细胞表面标志 ,识别由CD1d分子呈递的抗原 ,具有迅速分泌大量细胞因子的能力 ,能够调控一些免疫反应中辅助性T细胞的分化 ,在自身免疫性疾病中起重要的调节作用。
