摘要
目的探讨结、直肠癌病人术后联合营养治疗的作用。方法根据入院时间顺序将 4 4 2例结、直肠癌病人分为两组。治疗组 2 12例 ,术后周围静脉营养联合肠内营养治疗 ,对照组 2 30例 ,单纯行周围静脉营养。结果治疗组术后切口、肺部感染及吻合口瘘的发生率低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;平均住院日及住院费用少于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论加强结、直肠癌病人术后联合营养治疗 ,能有效减少术后并发症的发生 ,促进病人早日康复。
Objective To study the therapeutic effectiveness of postoperatively united nutrition in carcinoma of large intestine. Methods Four hundred and forty-two consecutive cases of large intestine carcinoma were divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n=212 cases) subject to peripheral vein nutrition and enteric nutrition treatment; control group (n=230 cases) only subject to peripheral vein nutrition treatment. The therapeutic effectiveness in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of incision and lung infection and anastomotic leakage in the treatment group was lower than in the control group (P<0.05). The mean hospital stay and hospital cost in the treatment group was less than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The postoperatively united nutrition treatment can effectively decrease the occurrence of postoperative complications and promote the recovery.
