摘要
通过对260例吻合器痔上粘膜环切术患者的护理,认为针对性的术前护理、术中和医生之间密切的护理配合,术后重点观察肛门疼痛、出血及排便情况是提高手术治愈率,减少并发症的关键。
From nursing260patients with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,we concluded that the key for the increase of cure rate and reduction of complications lied in preoperative expectant nursing,in-operative cooperation of nurses with doctors and postoperative close observation of pains of anus,hemorrhage and defecation.
