摘要
目的 探讨麝香保心分散片对犬急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法 采用麻醉犬开胸结扎左冠状动脉前降支 (LAD)产生急性心肌梗死 (AMI)模型 ,考察心电图改变、心肌耗氧代谢、心肌梗死面积和心肌酶谱等指标。结果 麝香保心分散片明显缩短QT间期、对心电图ST段升高有明显抑制作用 ,降低心肌耗氧量 ,对心肌耗氧指数有下降趋势 ,对心肌酶谱 3h时的升高有抑制作用 ,缩小心肌梗死面积 ,与对照组比较有统计学意义。
Aim To investigate the protective effects of shexiangbaoxin dispersing tablets (SBDT) in dogs with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The acute myocardial model was established through ligatting left coronary artery anterior descending branch in the anaesthetized open-chest dogs.The parameters coronary blood flow,ECG,myocardial oxygen metabolish,myocardial infarct scope and the serum zymograms ect were determined in model dogs.Results In dogs treated with SBDT,the QT interphase was shorten and the elevation of ST was inhibited significantly in ECG.The cardiac oxygen consumption was decreased and the cardiac oxygen consumption index had downtrend.The activity of serum LDH,CK,CK MB,AST in 3 hours after ligation were decreased obviously.The myocardial infarct scope were decreased markedly.Conclusion SBDT possesses protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia.
