摘要
为了探索快速、准确诊断旋毛虫病的检测技术 ,业内人士作了许多研究。本文对旋毛虫血清学诊断的 10种方法进行了比较 ,认为 EL ISA、IEST、IFAT敏感性、特异性高 ,有较高实用价值 ,但操作繁琐。 ECIA、乳胶 -磁性颗粒技术亦有相当高的敏感性 ,但材料昂贵。快速免疫层析法敏感性高 ,5分钟出结果 ,操作简便 ,可大面积推广应用。皮内变态反应试验检出率高 ,是人旋毛虫病的简易、有效的检验方法 ,对家畜只宜用于白皮毛畜种。CAg检测敏感性低 ,使用价值不高。HIA。
The development of means of serology diagnoses on Trichinella spiralis is summarized in this paper. Then 10 means the clinic practicability has been analyzed and compared. Three of them, ELISA, IEST and IFAT, have high sensitivty, specialization, and high value in practical, but their operations are overloaded with details. ECIA and Latex magnetic granule technique have high sensitivity, and they are easy operating, but the material is very expensive. Colloid immunity chromatography technique has high sensitiity, too, consultation hours is about 5 minutes. It is not only easy operating but also can be utilized in large area. Skin allergy has high hunting ratios. It is a easy and effective way to check up human trichinosis. It also can be used to check up white skin livestock. Coagulate test can be utilized in large area by its easy operating. Because diagnoses antigen is uneasy to preserve, Precipitation test is not suitable for clinic. CAg test has low sensitivity, so it has low practicability.
