摘要
锌、铁、锰都是有重要生理功能的人体必需微量元素。极谱法测定这 3种元素已经有很多研究[1] 。若用常规分析方法 ,需在不同的底液中分别测定 ,工作强度较大。简便、快速、多元素分析是微量元素检测的发展方向。由于微机伏安 /极谱扫描范围较宽[2 ] ,头发中这 3种元素的含量又相对较高 ,因此有可能进行多种元素的同时测定。在硼砂底液中 ,研究了人头发中锌、铁、锰同时测定的条件。由于微机极谱法设备简单 ,价格低和测定元素多等特点 。
Zinc, iron and manganese all is the essential trace element of human body that has the important physiology merit ability.The polarography is ascertained by measuring this three kinds of elements and has been had a lot of researchs. If with the convention analysis method, needing at the different bottom liquid to midsplit and does not ascertain by measuring, work intensity is more greatly.Portably, quickly, the white analysis of plurality is the development direction of trace element checkout. The content of this three kinds of elements is opposite to each other again highlyer in the hair, therefore carrying on the at the same time measurement of many kinds of elements, this text is in liquid of borax bottom probably volt-ampere/′s polarogram sweep range wideer owing to the microcomputer, and has studied the condition that the zinc, iron and manganese of the number of people in sending out was ascertained by measuring at the same time. Because the fact that microcomputer polarography equipment is simple, price is low with ascertaining by measuring many classs of characteristics elements, and is of advantage to popularizing using.
