合成氨的转化方程

摘要 本文从逸度表示的平衡常数K_f的定义出发,推导出合成氨的转化率α与压力p和温度T的关系式,并计算了在473~773K和1013.25~101325kPa范围内的42个NH_3%值。与公认的实验值比较,其绝对误差值小于1.5%;与王海龙图解计算值及Dr.S.Peter,H.Wenzel的精确计算值比较,三者与实验的差值都在同一数量级。 The formula α=f(P T Kr) in the paper which represents synthetic ammonia's dissociation degree α, pressure P and temperature T is derived from the definition of librium constant (kf) represented by fugacities. Within the range of 473-773K and 1013.25-101325KPa. We can use this equation to calculate 42 values of NH 3% whose abso- lute differences are less than 1.5% when compared with the commonly-aceepted experimental values. The values of this paper are also in good agreement with WangHailong's diagram and S. Peter's and H. Wenzel's calculations. It is thus possible not only to simplify the calculation in high pressure ranges but to find an application for method in practice. It is also of signifi- cance in which the values of α and percentage of the product still not to be found in existing handbooks.
