摘要
权力是顺利进行领导活动的基本要素之一 ,它内在包含着权力转移问题 ,只有树立科学的权力观 ,才能使权力转移在领导活动中发挥其应有的作用。同时 ,权力转移又是一个极为复杂的问题 ,必须依据一定的原则 ,才能有利于领导目标的实现。
Power,one of the essential elements,in carrying out leadership activities successfully,includes internally the matter of the power transferring.Only by establishing a correct and scientific sense of power can the power transferring play its important role in leadership activities.Meanwhile,power transferring is a very complex factor,which must be based on some basic principles,thus contributes to the fulfillment of leadership goal.
