摘要
从分子内催化作用和酶模型分子结构的角度出发,以酶模型水解反应来分析酶的反应机理,并与真实酶水解反应机理作比较,得出碱性、酸性功能基团为酶分子内催化水解反应的重要活性基团的结论。指出该分析对简单酶分子的合成和酶作为选择性催化剂具有指导意义及酶模型催化分析的局限性。
The rection process of enzyme is analysed by the reaction of hydrolysis of the model enzyme from the point of view of the interior catalytic action of the molecule and the molecular structure of the model enzyme. That is compared with the reaction of hydrolysis of practical enzynze. The con-clution which acidic or basic functional radical is the important active radical of the catalylic reaction of hydrolysis in the molecules is arrived at. It is pointed out that this analysis possesses instruction significance in the complex of simple enzyme molecule and select catalysis and the analysis of model enzyme in catalysis does limitation.
