摘要
首先建立以一个能够实时测量位移、压力的测试平台,及能够实现自动加载的液压伺服系统。然后,通过测量机构,把8个差动变压器型直线位移传感器和4个应变片型悬臂梁式称重传感器固定在地铁转向架和测试平台之间。采用D S证据理论,在不同作动力下,对地铁转向架发生的位移、压力进行多传感器数据融合,评估转向架的最优承载参数。同时介绍了测试平台的控制方案。
The test platform and hydraulic servo have been established which can measure displacement and pressure respectively and load automatically. Then, eight differentialtransformer line displacement transducers and four cantilever weighing transducers are fixed between the metro bogie and the test platform. The full project about measuring the stability of metro bogie is presented. It is introduced with emphasis that the control method which ensures the test platform can work normally under speediness and nonvibration, and using DS evidence of theory for multiplesensor information fusion for displacement and pressure to access the stability of metro bogie. Experimental result shows that the method is effective.
