摘要
详细介绍了湖北省青山热电厂300MW机组锅炉燃烧器改造的情况。改造后的试验及运行情况表明,水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器具有燃烧稳定性好,低负荷稳燃功能强,NOx排放量低等特点,能够满足电网调峰和环境保护的要求,同时,针对燃烧器改造和锅炉燃烧调整试验中发现的一些问题,提出了解决的办法及建议。
This paper particularly introduce the burner retrofit for 300MW generating set in the Qingshan Thermal Power Plant in Hubei. The experimental study demonstrated that the horizontal bias pulverized coal burner has the characteristic of improving the lower-load steady combustion stability and reducing the emission of NOx,to make boiler more satisfied peak-load regulation and environment protection. At the same time, some methods and suggestions had been proposed during the retrofit and experimental study.
