摘要
研究了SOFRADIR288×4红外探测器的结构与工作原理,在此基础上提出了基于外同步的288×4红外传感器的设计方案,并着重分析了其成像电路的没计,对其中的奇偶校正电路、非均匀性校正电路进行了详细的探讨和研究。
The basic structure and principle of the 288x4 IRCOMS detector are discussed in this paper. The designs for 288 x 4IR sensor based on out synchronization are given. The details of re-map circuit and NUC circuit are analyzed as well.
