摘要
为深入分析控制棒水力驱动系统步进缸槽对孔部位的阻力系数,采用计算流体力学程序CFX5对其进行了计算和分析,获得了各位置槽对孔处的阻力系数值。结果表明:数值计算得到的槽对孔阻力系数值在较大位置范围内与实验结果基本符合,最大相对误差为±0.2。验证了用计算流体力学方法对槽对孔部位阻力系数进行数值模拟的可行性。
The resistance coefficient of a chamfer hole in a hydraulic step cylinder in a hydraulic control rod drive system was analyzed using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) program CFX5. The values of the resistance coefficient of the chamfer hole at different positions were compared with experimental results, and the maximum relative error was ±0.2. Therefore, the CFD method can be used to analyze the chamfer hole's resistance coefficient.
