氨基磺酸催化合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯

摘要 研究了以氨基磺酸为催化剂催化合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯。优化反应条件如下:醇酸摩尔比为1:3.5,催化剂用量为1.6g(当对羟基苯甲酸用量为0.1mol 时),反应温度为135~140℃,反应时间3.0h,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯的产率为95.4%。催化剂易回收,可循环使用,不污染环境。 The synthesis of butyl p-hydroxy benzoate with aminosulfonic acid as catalyst was studied.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:molar ratio of alcohol and acid was 3.5:1,amount of catalyst was 1.6g(when 0.1 mole of p-hydroxybenzoic acid was used)and temperature of reaction was 135~140℃,The yield of butyl p-hydroxy benzo- ate was 95.4.This catalyst had many advantage,such as easy to be recovered ,feasible to be used repeatedly and less pol- lution to environment.
