摘要
根据我国核电设备的设计、制造的水平和能力,提出我国核电发展的根本出路在于国产化,并认为国产化核电设备在质量和价格上具有一定的竞争能力,关键是必须改革核电管理体制。
Based on the technical level and capability of this country in designing and manufacturing nuclear power equipment, the paper expresses the view that China's essential resort, for developping nuclear power, lies in localization of manufacture. The paper moreover opines, that domestically manufactured nuclear power equipment has a certain competitive potential with respect to quality and price, the crux lying in the necessity of reforming the nuclear power management system.
