摘要
苏北地区住宅节能技术研究的重点是解决住宅节能关键技术。新建采暖住宅必须按分户计量进行设计,分户计量采暖的基本图式有水平单管串联式、水平单管跨越式、水平双管式和水平敷设地热式。对旧有采暖住宅系统改造时,可将垂直单管顺序式改为双管系统,各层散热器并联,上下层住户互不影响,易于计量收费;也可改为单管系统,构造简单,施工方便,造价低。
The key of studying energy-saving on residence in Subei area is to solve the critical technology of residential energy-saving.The measurement of heating in newly built residence should be designed on the basis of individual residence.The basic pattern of individual heating measurement includes the following types:horizontal single pipe in series way,horizontal single pipe in span type,horizontal double pipes and horizontal floor heating.In reforming the existing heating system of residence,vertical single pipe can be changed to double pipe system,with radiators in parallel at all levels.Due to no impact on each other,heating measurement and charge of indi-vidual residence can be carried out easily.Single pipe system can also be adopted because of its simple construc-tion,easy construction,and low cost.
