川芎嗪对烧伤豚鼠早期心肌酶谱的影响

摘要 目的 探讨川芎嗪对烧伤早期心肌酶谱的影响。方法 采用豚鼠背部 30 %体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤为模型 ,分为复苏组和治疗组 (各 4 0例 )。复苏组在烧伤后立即给予液体复苏 ,治疗组在液体复苏同时给予川芎嗪。分别于伤后 2、4、8、12、2 4h时段性检测动脉血心肌酶谱水平的变化。结果 治疗组乳酸脱氢酶、α 羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶比复苏组有不同程度降低 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 川芎嗪能不同程度降低烧伤后心肌酶谱的水平 。 Objective To study the protective effect of ligustrazine on myocardial enzyme spectrum in the early stage of burn. Methods Guine a pigs were scalded to 30% total burn surface area(TBSA) full-thickness and wer e divided into resuscitation group (n=40) and treatment group (n=40). In resuscitation group, the animals were given balanced fluid for resuscitation, w hile in treatment group, in addition to balanced fluid, ligustrazine was adminis tered. Changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in arterial blood were observed con tinuously before and at 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 h post the injury. Results The plasma level of LDH,α-HBD,CK-MB and AST were lower in treatment group than in resuscitation group. Conclusion This finding suggests that ligustrazine may decrease myocardial injury at early stage of bur n.
