摘要
目的:提高高危前列腺增生症患者的手术治疗效果。方法:对46例高危前列腺增生症患者进行TUVP治疗(经尿道前列腺汽化电切术)。结果:46例患者均一次汽化电切成功,术后平均随访18个月,排尿通畅。结论:TUVP适于高危前列腺增生症患者。
Ojective: To present 46 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in high risk patients treated by TUVP. Methods 46 BPH in high risk patients were treated by TUVP and have been followed up for an average of 18 months. RrsultS Satisfactory result has been achieved in all. Conclusions TUVP is safe and reasonable far BPH in high risk patients.
