摘要
对慢性乙型肝炎重叠非酒精性脂肪肝炎(NASH)的临床特点进行分析。观察该类患者的症状与病史、血清转氨酶水平、血清乙肝病毒标志物、NASH相关因素、影像学表现。患者多有肝区隐痛,好发于40-50岁的男性;ALT平均117.6U/L,AST平均98.4U/L;HBeAg阳性6例;HBV-DNA阳性8例,平均含量4.1×104copie/ml;多数肥胖,7例患Ⅱ型糖尿病,9例患高脂血症;有脂肪肝的影像学表现。慢性乙型肝炎重叠非酒精性脂肪肝炎的临床特点不同于单纯的非酒精性脂肪肝炎或慢性乙型肝炎。
Analysis on characters of 40 chronic hepatitis B overlapped nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The symptom, history of disease, correlative factors of NASH and image representation were observed in these patients. Serum ALT, AST, HBV - M and HBV- DNA were detected also. Most of these patients were male. They behaved dull pain in liver and their average ages were 40-50 years old. The average level of serum ALT was 117.6U/L, and that of AST was 98.4U/L. HBeAg of 6 patients was positive. HBV - DNA of 8 patients was positive and its average content was 4.1×104 copies/ml. Most of them were fat and have fatty liver image representation. Seven patients behaved II type of diatebes and nine behaved hyperlipemia. The characters of chronic hepatitis B overlapped nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were different from those of chronic hepatitis B or nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
