总结了根结、标本、气街及各种特定穴的内容,展现其间关系。四肢尤其肘膝远端有重要作用。361个经穴中特定穴129个,其中分布在根、本部(四肢)100个,肘膝以下98个,分布在结、标部(气街)29个,均在胸、腹气街处。根、本部腧穴不仅能治疗局部病证,还治疗头颈、躯干及全身疾病,体现四肢为根、为本的根结、标本理论。背俞穴、募穴的应用体现气街理论对针灸取穴的指导意义。
The contents are summed up about gen and jie, biao and ben qijie and all kinds of specific points. The importance of the channels is explained to see the connection between them and indicate the important function of extremities, particularly below elbows and genua. In 361 ling points, there are 129 special points, of which 100 are located in gen and Ben (extrimities), (98 of them are below elbows and genua), collected in qijie through, while only 29 are distributed in Jie and biao (qijie), collected in Qijie through the chest and abdomen. The acupoints in these parts can treat not only local diseases but also those of head, neck, trunk and the whole body. The application of back-shu points and mu (?)(?)ints snow the theory of qijie. The theory of qijie proves to be of guidable sicnificance to selecting points in acupunture and moxibustion through the application for special points located in Jie and Biao.
