摘要
目的 :探讨高草酸尿和单侧输尿管梗阻 (UUO)对肾实质草酸盐结晶沉积的影响。方法 :取 40只雄性成年Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为四组 ,每组 10只 ,A组为对照组 ,B组为高草酸尿组 ,C组为输尿管梗阻组 ,D组为高草酸尿并输尿管梗阻组。A组和B组给予假手术 ,B组和D组给予 1%乙二醇为饮用水 ,A组和C组给予蒸馏水 ,C组和D组用 4~ 0丝线行左侧输尿管近端结扎。所有大鼠均在术后 2周处死并取左肾 ,行常规H E(苏木素 伊红 )染色检测肾小管间质草酸盐结晶时沉着情况。结果 :B组和D组组织切片肾小管腔内可见明显的草酸盐晶体沉着 ,A组和C组未见有晶体沉着。A组草酸盐结晶沉积情况与B组和D组相比差别均有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,B组和D组相比差别也有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :高草酸尿可致肾小管间质草酸盐结晶沉着 ,合并梗阻时沉着加重 ;
Objective: To investigate the role of hyperoxaluria and unilateral ureteral obstruction in the development of renal oxalate crystal deposition in rats.Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were divided into four groups,with ten rats in each.The groups were named A(control),B(hyperoxaluric),C(obstuctive)and D(hyperoxaluric+obstuctive).B and D rats were given 1% ethylene glycal (a precursor for oxalates) in the drinking water,A and C rats were given distilled water,A and B rats underwent sham operation,while the proximal ureteral ligation with a 4~zero suture was performed on C and D rats.The rats were sacrificed 2 weeks after operation;left nephrectomy was then performed.Tissue sections obtained from kidneys were examined under light microscopy for the presence and the degree of crystal deposition in the tubular lumen.Results: Oxalate crystal deposition was evident in the renal tubular lumen in group B and D,while no evidence in group A and C.There was a statistically significant difference between A and B or D as well as B and D(P<0.01).Conclusion: Oxalate crystal deposition in the tubular lument results from hyperoxaluria which could be enhanced by obstruction.Only obstuction couldn't result in oxalate crystal deposition.
