摘要
目的 探讨羊膜移植治疗外伤性睑球粘连的临床效果。方法 对 15例外伤性睑球粘连患者施行眼表重建羊膜移植手术。结果 15例患者眼表重建、羊膜在眼表重建中有良好作用 ,术后反应轻 ,羊膜存活。结论 羊膜移植可用于睑球粘连分离后的眼表重建 ,具有安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of amniotic mem brane transplantation on symblepharon. Methods 15 patients(15 eyes) with symblepharon were admitted ocular surface reconstruction by amniotic membrane transplantation. Results There was no obvious conjunctival reaction after surgery. Amniotic membrane survived well and all the ocular surface disorder recovered. Conclusion Amniotic membrane can be used for ocular surface recon struction because of symblepharon.It is safe,effective,easy to use and with rapi d recovery of symblepharon.
