应用ROC曲线确定超声测量颈总动脉内-中膜厚度的临界值 被引量:6

摘要 目的 应用受试者操作特征曲线 (ROC曲线 )来确定超声测量颈总动脉内 中膜厚度的临界值。方法 根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠脉无损组和冠脉受损组。应用超声测量颈总动脉内 中膜厚度 (IMT) ,选用ROC曲线来确定IMT的临界值。结果 通过ROC曲线确定的颈总动脉IMT的临界值是 0 .865mm ,这个临界值对预测冠状动脉受损的敏感度和特异度分别为 80 .4%和 66.7%。结论 应用ROC曲线来确定的颈总动脉IMT临界值对冠状动脉粥样硬化的预测有一定的临床意义。 Objective To determinate cutoff value of carotid arterial IMT in sonography by using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) . Methods The patients were divided into coronary artery lesion group and non coronary artery lesion group by coronary angiography . IMT of carotid artery was measured by sonography. Cutoff value of IMT was set up by ROC curve. Results Cutoff value of IMT was 0.865mm . The predicting sensitivity and specificity of IMT were 80.4% and 66.7%. Conclusion Cutoff value of carotid arterial IMT with determining ROC had great values in predicting coronary atherosclerosis.
