摘要 充分利用PLC和工控机各自的优点,对3台仪表空气压缩机采用PLC分散就地控制和工控机集中远方控制相结合的控制方案。远方监控程序采用组态软件Intouch7 0编制实现,同时利用VB编制了数据接口程序,保证了数据传输的实时性。运行结果表明,就地控制运行稳定、可靠性高、减小了运行维护量;远方控制通信可靠、反应迅速、实时性好。 For three air compressors, a control scheme that combines the distributed control on the spot and the remote central control is adopted. The distributed control is completed by PLC and the remote central control is completed by industrial control computer. The remote supervisory program is developed using Intouch70. In order to assure the real time data transmission, an interface program is developed using Visual Basic. Good running results are obtained from the distributed control system and the remote supervisory control communication.
