摘要
建立优生咨询网点和培训优生咨询医生相结合。优生咨询网由省优生咨询中心、地市优生咨询技术指导组及省、地、县、乡四级优生咨询点组成,各级优生咨询点包括内、外、妇、儿、神经、精神、五官及皮肤等科医生。实施本方案既可保证优生咨询的质量,又能有计划、有目的地对遗传病及非遗传性先天残疾进行系统管理、控制和预防。
We put forward a proposal to establish genetic counselling network within a province,the network consists of a provincial center and four-grade stations at province,prefecture,county and town levels.The faculty members at each station include physicians,surgeons,obstetri- cians,gynecologists,pediatricians,neurologists,psychiatrists,otolaryngo-logists,ophthalmologists and dermatologists.Preliminary implementation proved that such network was reliable not only for genetic counselling but also for the systematic screening,management and prevention of hereditary and acquired congenital diseases in the pilot areas.0
