摘要
本文结合工程实例探讨了制药厂洁净空调系统布置、各房间压差控制、新风量及其处理方式、不同房间的气流组织形式。特别是采用局部层流送风吊顶强化送风的措施,在制药工艺关键区域形成单向流型气流组织从而提高关键区域的空气洁净度,使空调系统在创造高洁净度室内气候的同时降低系统能耗。
The paper discusses that the cleaning air-conditioning system arrangement, different pressure control ineach room,fresh air volume and its handling mode and different air distribution mode by introducing aengineering about a pharmaceutical factory.Particularly reinforces partial air supply that utilizes laminar airflow technique by ceiling air supply in order to form unidirectional air flow. So it will reduce air contaminantsin critical areas.The way will reduce energy consumption at the same time produce high cleanlinessdegree.
