摘要
讨论了产品维修性的设计准则 ,定义了评价产品维修性的指标因素。在此基础上 ,利用有向网络图来描述维修性的评价模型 ,并利用矩阵的积和式算法作出定量评价 ,该方法可以综合考虑影响维修性的所有指标及其相互关系。以轿车发动机气门驱动机构为例进行了验证。
An important prerequisite of design for maintainability is to quantitatively evealuate the maintainability of a product or a system. In this paper, the guidelines of design for maintainability are discussed, features that influence the maintenance of a system are identified and are called the maintainability factors. Based on it, an evaluation digraph is defined. Maintainability index of the system is obtained from the permanent of the matrix. This method can be used to quantitatively evaluate the maintainability of a system by taking consideration of all the factors and their interrelations, and this is illustrated by means of an example.
