摘要 初步研究了以活性炭为载体的猪胰脂酶吸附固定.吸附pH和吸附量对吸附固定有重要影响.吸附的最适pH在8左右,酶的比活随吸附量的增加而减小.同时固定化酶有比自由酶更好的热稳定性. The immobilization of porcine pancreas lipase on active carbon by absorption has been studied. It has been found that pH and enzyme loading have great effect on the activity of immobilized lipase. The most favorable pH for immobilization is 8. The specific activity of immobilized lipase decreases as the lipase loading increases. Thermal stability of immobilized lipase is better than that of free enzyme.
