摘要
在锥形模圆柱体挤压塑性加工问题中,为了考虑金属材料表面微凸结构对模具与加工工件接触区上的非局部摩擦效应,采用Oden等提出的非局部摩擦定律代替经典的库仑摩擦定律,利用主应力法建立了锥形模圆柱体挤压问题的力平衡方程式,并给出了所论问题的近似解.
The nonlocal friction law proposed by Oden et al is adopted in the mechanical analysis of cylinder extrusion through cone-shaped die,in order to consider the nonlocal friction effect of the asperity on the contact surface between the die and the processed metal material.The mechanical equilibrium equation is given with the slab method and solved approximately with the perturbation method.
