摘要 初步研究不同温度、不同湿度下电子鼻对花生异味的测定。结果表明,电子鼻的所有传感器对花生霉变产生的异味均有反应,其中以S3、S4、S15反应最为强烈。 This paper discusses the detection of peanut off-flavors in different temperatures and moistures by electronic nose.The results show that 16-sensors of all the electronic nose respond to the off-volatiles,and Sonsers 3,4 and 15 show a significant change in resistance.The paper also use the method of cluster analysis to process data.
