摘要
液态金属在电磁场、温度场、流场等复杂的三维场综合作用下受电磁力约束成型,电磁场分布直接关系到铸造的成败,电磁场的研究是电磁铸造技术研究的重要基础.文章综合概述了电磁铸造的基础理论、电磁场主要研究方法、研究内容、现状,重点介绍了采用数学模拟方法进行电磁场研究的几个具有代表性的研究成果,以及基于目前的研究现状展望今后的研究发展方向.
Liquidized metal is bound into shape by the electromagnetic force under the comprehensive action of the complicated 3 - dimensional fields such as electromagnetic field, temperature field, fluidized field, etc. The distribution of electromagnetic field is directly attributed to the success or failure of casting, hence its research is the important basis for the research of casting technology. This paper comprehensively generalizes the basic theory, the main research methods of electromagnetic field, the research contents and current conditions of the electromagnetic casting. It mainly introduces several key and representative achievements in the aforesaid research by utilizing the methods of mathematical simulation . Based on present research conditions, the paper will display the future trends of research development in that field.
