摘要
本文研究了采用一种新开发的粘土原料———累托石、滑石和工业氧化铝制备堇青石质蜂窝陶瓷的工艺过程。测定了样品的理化性能,并采用XRD、SEM对样品的相组成和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,蜂窝陶瓷的主晶相为堇青石,气孔率34.88%,间壁密度达1.72g/cm3,间壁气孔尺寸为1～20μm,抗热震性达700℃。
Using a new exploitation clay raw material -rectorite,talc and Al 2 O 3 to manufacture cordierite honeycomb ceramics is studied in this paper.The Characteristics and macrostructure of the samples are analysed by XRD,SEM and so on.The results show that the main crystalline phase is cordierite,apparent porosity34.88%,bulk density1.75g/㎝ 3 ,mean pore size1～20μm,and thermal shock resis-tance is700℃.
