摘要
企业文化重在建设。对海尔企业文化建设与培育的具体方法与策略进行了较为全面的分析。海尔企业文化建设是以核心价值观为中心,并将其细化成明白易懂的运作理念;围绕核心价值观,以典型案例诠释文化;通过制度化方式固化理念,使其变为员工日常行为规范;在培育企业文化方面采取了培训、宣传、沟通和具体典礼仪式等积极有效的措施和方法。
Enterprise culture emphasizes construction. Completely analyzed concrete method and policy of Hie enterprise construction (EC) and cultivation. It is centered with core value viewpoint which is further detailed into easily understandable concept; the culture is explained with typical cases with this viewpoint; the concept is fixed by systems, forming behavior standard of employees; in cultivating enterprise culture, active and effective measures and approaches are taken of training, propaganda, communication, and concrete ceremony.
