摘要
实验发现,突变G64E和K75E对Aspergillu.ficuum植酸酶的pH偏好有显著的影响、通过A.ficuum植酸酶活性中心的氨基酸残基对植酸作用机制的研究,利用结构分析对其进行解释。
Through experimental comparison,Aspergillu.ficuum phyate preferalble pH can be influenced greatly by mutation at G64E and K75E. It can be explained by structural analysis based on the mechanism that how amino acid residues of phytase active center act on phytic acid.
