摘要 目的 探讨高低角型青少年上下颌骨之间水平向和垂直向的变化特点。方法 根据 Bjork前颅基底稳定结构重迭法,头影测量40名青少年在自然头势状态下6、9、12、15岁和18岁拍摄的X线头颅定位侧位片,统计分析两种颅面型ANS-VER、Pg-VER、ANS-Pg、Me-HOR、Go-HOR和 Me-Go距的关系。结果 ①ANS-Pg距随着年龄增大而逐渐减小,低角型ANS-Pg距明显小于高角型,并随着年龄增大,这种差异逐渐加大。②高角型的 Me-Go垂直高度大于低角型,这种差异随着年龄增加而加大。③男女之间ANS-Pg距和Me-Go垂直高度差异无显著性。结论 高低角型之间上下颌骨矢状向和垂直向纵向生长变化不同。 Objective To compare the development of horizontal and vertical skeletal relationship between the long face type (LFT) and the short face type(SFT) .Methods The materials consisted of nature head posture lateral cephalograms of 40 subjects, taken at 6,9,12,15,18 years. Serial cephalometric roentgenograms were traced with the super-imposition method based on the 'best fit' of anterior cranial base structures. The relationship of ANS - VER, Pg - VER, ANS - Pg, Me - HOR, Go - HOR and Me - Go between two face types was analyzed. Results ①The distance of ANS - Pg in both face types decreased over time. The distance of ANS - Pg of the LFT was greater than that of the SFT.Such difference of horizontal changes became greater with age. ②The vertical degree Me - Go of the LFT was greater than that of the SFT. Such difference of vertical changes became greater with age. ③ No statistically significant differences in ANS- Pg distance and Me - Go vertical degree were found. Conclusion The horizontal and vertical changes of skeletal growth were different in different facial types.
