渗碳-挤压齿轮渗层研究

摘要 借助于现代冶金分析技术,对传统切削成形和渗碳-温挤成形齿轮的组织进行了研究。结果表明:① 渗碳-挤压成形的齿轮可以得到完整的流线分布,其形状为沿齿形平行齿表面、对称分布,消除了原材料各向异性对齿轮性能的影响;② 先渗后挤可使晶粒度由传统工艺的7~8级提高到10~11级,特别是齿根部晶粒更细。 By means of mordern metallography analysis technology, The microstructure and properties of carburizing-warm extrusion formed gears were studied. The results indicated:① The new technology can form intact flow line parallel to the teeth surface and symmetrically distributed, that improved the strength and toughness of gear. ② the grain size of warm-extrusion gear can be decreased from No7~8 to No10~11 degree, especially, at the tooth-heel it becomes more finer; The material fatigue strength and bend strength have also been effectively improved.
