摘要
以氢氧化钾-乙醇、碳酸钾-乙醇、三乙胺-乙醇、乙醇钠-乙醇四种方法研究了3-氯丙基二乙氧基氯硅烷乙氧基化反应。通过实验比较,三乙胺-乙醇法和乙醇纳-乙醇法较好,反应速度快且收率高,产生的高沸物最少。
The four methods for ethoxylationof 3-chloropropyldiethoxy chlorosilane were studied,which were the potassium hydroxide-ethyalcohol, the potassium carbonate-ethlaleohol, the triethylamine-ethylalcohol and the sodium ethoxide-ethylalcohol. The experiments proved that the methods of triethylamine-ethylalcohol and the sodium ethoxide-ethylalcoholwere better than the others. Their rates of the reaction were faster and the yields of product were higher and the by-products of polymer were less than the other two methods.
