摘要
针对我国高技术产业国际竞争力的评价状况,根据竞争力评价理论,提出了一种应用人工神经元网络对高技术产业国际竞争力进行评价的方法,并利用该方法对几个典型国家的高技术产业国际竞争力状况进行了实证分析.评价结果对我国高技术产业国际竞争力的国际比较分析具有一定参考意义.
The international competitiveness of high-tech industry is the symbol of a nation' s integrated national power; and its evaluation methods attract great attention of some international organizations. But the evaluation methods of high-tech industry are still under discussion. Based on the theories of the evaluation of competitiveness, this thesis brings forward an evaluation method using artificial neural network (ANN); it also makes a demonstrative analysis of several typical countries. The evaluation results are of certain referential significance in the field of the comparative analysis of our high-tech industry international competitiveness.
