阐述了中远 4 0 0 0DWT级散装沥青船改建的设计特点和关键工程技术 ,论述船舶及设备选型、改建工艺和质量控制、以及改建周期和实施时机等改建中应注意的技术问题 ,分析了改建技术发展的动态 ,并对新改建沥青船设计提出一些观点和建议。
This paper describes the design features and key technology of the retrofit engineering of 4000dwt class bulk liquid asphalt carrier of COSCO, discusses the main problems including its equipment selection, retrofit process, quality control retrofit time schedule and action plan, provides analysis of the development of retrofit technology, and proposes some viewpoints and recommendations for design of a new asphalt carrier.
