摘要
在碱性条件下 ,铁氰化钾氧化鲁米诺产生发光 ,盐酸异丙肾上腺素对该体系有显著的增强作用。基于此并结合流动注射技术建立了测定盐酸异丙肾上腺素的新方法。该方法具有很高的灵敏度 ,检出限为 8.6ng L(IUPAC) ;线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 10 μg L。对 1.0 μg L盐酸异丙肾上腺素平行测定 11次 ,其相对标准偏差为3.6 %。
A novel chemiluminescence (CL) system for determination of hydrochloride isoprenaline coupled with flow injection analysis is described. It is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of potassium ferricyanide and luminol in sodium hydroxide medium. The emission intensity is greatly enhanced by adding hydrochloride isoprenaline. The linear range is 0.05 similar to 10 mug/L with a detection limit of 8.6 ng/L. The relative standard deviation is 3.6% for 1.0 mug/L of hydrochloride isoprenaline (n = 11). The proposed method is simple, quick and very sensitive.
