摘要
针对 110 0m2 自然循环蒸发器在试生产过程中的碱脆现象 ,结合蒸发器大修 ,提出合理选用材质、提高焊接质量、采用清除应力退火等措施的施工方案 ,经过近三年的实践证明 。
According to caustic embrittlement phenomenon existed in test run of 1 100 m 2 natural circulation evaporator proper construction scheme is determined which contain raw materials selection, welding quality improvement, stress elimination and other measures. Three years' operation shows that the caustic embrittlement has been effectively controlled.
