摘要
本文以弹流理论为基础,对高速纱锭的润滑状态进行了理论分析与计算。从理论上判明了纱锭上滚动轴承的润滑状态,找出了计算其最小油膜厚度的适当公式,对改进纱锭上滚动轴承的润滑状态提出了几点建议。
On the basis of the Elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, this paper theoretically analyses the lubrication of the textile spindle. The lubrication condition of a spindle roller bearing is ascertained through theory analysis. A formula of calculating minmum oil film thickness is found. Then several suggestions about improving the lubrication condition of a spindle roller bearing are put forward.
