摘要
针对传输凝固图象的要求,提出了一种压缩编码方案。方案具有压缩比高,抗干扰能力强,算法简单,易于硬件实现等特点。用它对多幅256×256个象素,每象素8bits 的图象进行了计算机模拟实验。实验结果最高可达31.65 dB(1bit/pixel),恢复的图象主客观效果良好。
Based on the demand to transmit freezing image,A new scheme for image compressioncoding is proposed.The scheme has many excellent features:high compressing ratio,strongresistance to interference,simple algorithm and easy realization in hardware.A computersimulation was performed to several digital images which have 256x 256picture elements and8 bits/pixel.The best experimental result was 31.65dB(1 dit/pixel).The reconstructed im-age is very good in SNR and perception.
