摘要
通过SMS、GPRS等无线通信技术,利用手机、笔记本电脑与公安综合信息系统连接,实现对常住人口、机动车、驾驶员、被盗抢车辆、在逃人员等信息的关联查询,同时还可以实现机动车、驾驶员违章信息的录入和处罚。采用非IP安全连接技术跨接公安专网、银行专网、移动专网和互联网,通过XML技术实现内外网的数据实时交换,该系统现已成功应用于郑州警方,在全国范围内尚属首次。
By adopting wireless communication techniques, such as SMS, GPRS etc, make mobile phone and computer contact with the Police General Information Net, by which we can look up the information of the resident population, the vehicle, the driver, the theft vehicle and the escaped people. Meanwhile, we can input the peccancy information about the driver. The Non-IP safe connection techniques can connect with the Police information net, the bank net, mobile net and internet. By the means of XML techniques, it can exchange the data between the interior net and exterior net at all times. The system has been successfully applied in Zhengzhou police, this techniques is really pioneer in domestic.
