摘要
从物业管理企业发展现状和存在问题入手,分析了目前我国物业管理企业面临的机遇和挑战,提出了企业通过加强自身实力,适应形势、应对竞争、促进物业管理企业生存发展的对策。
Based on the current situation and problems of the development in most real estate management enterprisers, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges to which real estate management face presently, and puts forward the survival and developing strategies on enforcing its actual capacity, adapting to the current situation, and facing to the competition.
