摘要
作者首先分析了影响农业信息用户信息需求的制约因素和信息需求的精、准、新、广、省的特点 ,进而探讨了在经济全球化趋势下 ,出现的信息需求的多层次性、多样性、高效性、综合性、手段的现代化、需求意识的市场化以及马太效应和罗宾汉效应等新特征。
The article analysis the restrict factors,which influenced information requirement of agricultural information users and the features of information requirement in essence, accuracy, timeliness, extensiveness, practice economy. Further, it discusses these new features, which appears the new features of information requirement under global economy.
