摘要
对创办农业精品期刊的策略进行探讨 ,提出要有明确的办刊宗旨 ,丰富的高质量稿源 ,高素质的编辑及充分利用各种资源等方面来提高刊物的学术水平 ,同时还要在校对、印刷、装订及发行等各个环节提高质量 ,保证刊物的高水平。
The article discussed how to set up a quality journal. It covers several sectors, including aim of the journal, abundant resources on high-level academic themes, qualified editors, and fully exploiting all the information resources nationally and internationally, etc., which were the national factors on improving the academic level of journals. On the other hand, external factors also play very important role in improving the quality of journal, i.e. high qualities of proofreading, printing, binding and advertisement.
